For protection against COVID-19, we require visitors to be screened at the receptionist desk, sanitize their hands upon entering the facility, and wear a face mask at all times (except while eating/drinking) while on our campuses. Prior to visiting Nazareth Home for the first time, we encourage you to review this important information related to infection control and the health and safety of you and the residents.
Nazareth Home campuses are smoke-free facilities.
We welcome you to visit your friend or loved one at any time on either of our campuses.
At our Clifton Campus, the receptionist desk is staffed daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. To enter the facility after 6:00 p.m., please use the phone in the main entrance vestibule to contact us.
At our Highlands Campus, the receptionist desk is staffed Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. To enter the facility after 9:00 p.m., please use the call box outside the front door to contact us.
Guest meals are available to Nazareth Home visitors. They are $5.00 and can be ordered in advance for lunch or dinner. A two-hour notice is kindly requested.
To place an order:
At the Clifton Campus, please place your order at the receptionist desk in the main lobby. At the Highlands Campus, please purchase a meal ticket at the receptionist desk.
Mass is held Sunday through Friday in the Chapel at each campus.
10:00 a.m. – Clifton Campus
11:00 a.m. – Highlands Campus
