• Provides person-centered healthcare in long-term care and rehabilitation settings.
• Assists Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with patient care.
• Responsible for bathing, dressing, and any other basic activities involved in daily life.

• Full-time employment after completion of course

• Classroom training is Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Compensation:

$15 per hour – Nazareth Home orientation

$17 per hour – Completion of the class

$20 per hour – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Flexibility to work some evenings, nights, and weekends
• Previous experience as a caregiver, PCA, or DSP is helpful
