Designate Your Gift

Thank you for considering a tax-deductible gift to support our ministry. You may choose to designate your gift to one of the following funds:

The Hospitality Fund provides social engagement activities that benefit the elders psychologically, but also support their mental, physical, and emotional needs. Family members often participate in the activities too, which includes daily programs, special events, birthday celebrations, and community outings.

The Quality of Life/Environment of Care Fund supports projects that provide a comfortable, homelike environment at Nazareth Home. From making improvements to resident rooms, and upgrades to common areas, to implementing innovative care technology, making enhancements in these areas positively contributes to the overall wellbeing of everyone who lives, works, and plays here.

The Workforce Development Fund supports the extraordinary people who provide compassionate care for the elders every day. We believe that by giving back to our team members through scholarships, awards, and celebrations, we further strengthen the excellent care they provide. This fund includes our annual Sandra King Excellence and Education Scholarship program for eligible Nazareth Home employees.

The Worship Fund supports the spiritual journey of the elders and their families by igniting, strengthening, and restoring their connection to faith. This includes providing special worship services and spiritual programs, ongoing maintenance of our chapels, and upgrades to the equipment and furnishings used in our chapels.

The Unrestricted Fund is not limited and may be used at the discretion of the Nazareth Homes Foundation in the areas of greatest need.
