When is the celebration?
Our 50th Anniversary Celebration will be held on Thursday, October 15, from 4:30–6:30 p.m.

Where will the event take place?
The celebration will be held at Nazareth Home – Highlands Campus, 2000 Newburg Road, Louisville, KY 40205.

What is the schedule?

• • 4:30 p.m. – Guests arrive and enjoy light refreshments
  • 5:00 p.m. – Anniversary program begins in the Chapel
  • Following the program – Champagne toast and fellowship in the Front Lobby

Will food and beverages be served?
Yes! Light refreshments will be available beginning at 4:30 p.m., followed by a champagne toast after the program.

What should I wear?
The attire for the evening is business casual.

Where should I park?
Parking is available on the Nazareth Home Highlands Campus. If the main lot is full, overflow parking will be available in the Passionist Earth & Spirit Center parking lot.

Will there be opportunities to take photos?
Yes! A photo opportunity will be available during the celebration to help commemorate this special milestone.

Do I need to RSVP?
Yes. We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than Thursday, September 24, so we can finalize plans and ensure we have enough refreshments for all guests.
