Nazareth Home names Rhonda Smith Administrator at Clifton Campus

Nazareth Home is pleased to announce the appointment of Rhonda Smith as the administrator of the Clifton Campus. Smith will be responsible for ensuring overall excellence for the campus.

With a background in social services and as a licensed long-term care administrator, Smith will oversee ongoing resident care, business strategy, and day-to-day operations, as well as position the campus for future success in the ever-changing landscape of healthcare.

Nazareth Home President and CEO Mary Haynes said Smith plays an integral role in providing innovative, top-notch care for elders, as well as building upon Nazareth Home’s mission of providing a healing ministry, with a strong focus on hospitality.

“Rhonda has a track record of enhancing and providing person-centered care, and we are thrilled she has joined our team,” said Haynes. “Her experience and focus on resident care will help us to continue to grow and remain a leader in our industry. We could not be more excited to welcome her to our Nazareth Home family.”

“There is something special about working for a nonprofit faith-based long-term care community,” Smith said. “Providing a holistic approach to care that focuses on the physical, social and spiritual well-being of each elder is my passion. I am here to carry out this mission and to help others do the same.”

Smith is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a B.A. in Sociology and received her MSW from Spalding University.
