Nazareth Home names Craig Jennings Chief Operating Officer

Jennings’ long-time healthcare experience supports operations and future growth opportunities

Nazareth Home officials recently announced the appointment of Louisville native Craig Jennings as chief operating officer. Jennings will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across both Nazareth Home campuses.

Nazareth Home President and CEO Mary Haynes said Jennings is well-positioned to help lead the Nazareth team to success.

“Craig’s experience and mission-focused approach will help us evaluate and assess current needs at both campuses, while planning for the future of Nazareth Home,” said Haynes. “His institutional knowledge will be vital for our continued growth and the local community’s evolving healthcare needs.”

Jennings comes to Nazareth Home with 26 years of executive experience in the healthcare industry. He has served in several executive-level roles in the post-acute, geriatric and rehabilitation segment. Jennings has established some of the most respected senior care communities in Louisville, and led the management of home care services across Kentucky.

“I’m honored to take this position with an organization I highly respect and am thrilled to work alongside our CEO to ensure we continue to deliver on our mission of providing a healing ministry,” said Jennings. “My passion is to serve others by building relationships as a trusted leader.”

Jennings is a graduate of McKendree University with a B.A. in Business Administration. In 2013, Jennings was named one of 24 Outstanding McKendree Alumni of the past 40 years. He is active in the Louisville community, serving on several civic boards and volunteer organizations.
